I did a Google search, it seems a lot of 2021 Q7 has the same issue and found one 2021/2022 S6 has the same issue. I had my lift go kaput in my 2011 A8, wouldn't come up but was covered under warranty. I always said if it went kaput again I'd find a way to lift it manually and screw it into place in the upward position. Pretty stupid to have these screens going up and down IMO.
