Oct 29, 2008 · GDE or Green Diesel Engineering can for all intent tune out the EGR, increase MPG's, add more usable torque & HP & give much better coasting and better throttle tip in responce. They have multiple levels of thier tunes available. Do a quick Google and you should find thier web site pretty quickly.
Nov 12, 2020 · 951. Location. Alaska. The CCV is "the hockey puck" on top of the valve/cam cover. The o-ring can croak from heat and leak nasty black oil all over that area of the valve cover. Also, there's a drain-down hole in the valve cover below the hockey puck that can plug up and cause more leakage past the o-ring. A hose comes off of the hockey puck
